With multiple appts, specialists, tests results (inpatient results are accessible BEFORE rounds are made), it is a lot and this is very helpful. It's an easy way to communicate with the staff at your doctor's office, with responses 99% of the time. My favorite update has to be that with sending messages, things are saved when app times out and have to log back in. It was frustrating to get multiple things in message in a timely manner. It erased ALL, at session time out. Now work is saved

I was having a lot of trouble opening the app a message kept popping up saying that there was an issue and that I needed to call the assistance desk for the app. I tried everything I could think of but kept failing. Finally I decided to clear the storage instead of just the cache wiping the memory and then starting over from scratch. It works perfect again.

I removed this app after the last update. When I could not even access the app or reset anything. The lag was beyond bad. Then I found out that even if I had finally gotten back in, I would not have been able to continue to use a pin to access as I had. I don't want 6 miles of passwords or thumbprint or trying to get my phone to draw the correct boxes. I want to plug in 4 quick numbers and be in to my app on my phone.
